Nope, the terms of the deal mean he can definitely be recalled. Harry's admitted that it's a possibility.

In that case get him back in. I doubt we'll sign a world class left back while we have a temporary manager and he'll come back in without being another new player that needs to integrate with the rest of the squad.

Benny will be back the first day it's possible in Jan. No doubt.

Your being naive calling others naive when you don't have proof that it was a coincidence or not. Seeing as you weren't with them. For all the love Benny has shown the club attending games with supporters and tweets etc seems very out of character IMO.
"I'm naive for calling others naive" - starting to think this debate is entering the nit picking stage and we would be better off agreeing to differ. All I will say though is that if people think that posting a photo with 5 fingers up (an hour after one of our heaviest ever home defeats) and with the quotes "what a game" is not at best crass and ill judged, and at worst an insult to the club I love then I would not go along signing any contracts with small print without taking along some adult supervision with you.

Wouldn't we be better off buying a LB who is actually of a reasonably high quality ?

We should have done this in the summer when we were much more of an attractive prospect. As things stand getting BAE back is a no brainer.

If we are not going to be picking up a new LB in the transfer window then he has to come back for me, its that or Fryers or Jan when he is fit slotting in if Rose gets injured..

I am more than happy to get rid of Ekotto, but depends what the market is like mid-season. We could find players do not want to move or clubs wanting silly money, or on the hand players may want to move with it being world cup year. If we cant identify anyone or are still in limbo with manager situation then I think it would make sense to recall him and make do until the end of the season.

We need better backup than Naughton and there is no point paying out for a backup whilst Benni is at QPR and can be recalled. Not sure how Benni would feel sat on the bench behind Rose though.

I would recall Disco Benny in a shot.

Class left-back and AVB didn't use him properly last season.

If the new manager is appointed quickly enough then that might happen, but I'm not sure if Levy will buy anyone before he knows what the new man's priorities are.

Well I happen to think BAE is a good left back. That said, we should always be looking to improve our players. Starting by replacing Walker with Coleman and all of our left backs with Luke Shaw and another.

Definitely gonna get a few disagrees and WTFs for that one. But has anyone been watching Coleman for the last two years? Machine of a player.

Would love Coleman. Great player that seems to go under the radar.

We have a very promising home-grown right-back in Adam Smith, shouldn't he be given the chance before we look at purchasing another?

No, because he is 1 year younger than Walker and absolutely nowhere near his level - as shown by Walker and even Naughton both excelling in the Championship.
