Thought this would be kinda fun (or just something to do!)

Just put the game, Year/Season (if you can remember) Then the Quote and If you know, the commentators name.

I will add them to this bit as you all add them. Here's a few of mine. ALSO! If anyon has video clips, youtube etc. add them!

1# Spurs vs Chelsea (5-1 CC) 01/02 ( i think)
Off the Spurs Review DVD, carling cup section after Iversen scored the opening goal.
"The Crowd has irrupted to a cauldron of noise"

2# Same Game, but ITV commentary. Sherringham goal!
"Instead it's with Anderton, Now in towards Poyet, Cleverly for SHERINGHAMMMMMM!!!!

3# West Ham vs Spurs (2-3 FACUP) 00/01 (i think)
SkySports, Rebrov scores volley from Corner.
"OH AND REBROV.... HAS VOLLEYED THIS ONE IN!!!"

4# Spurs vs Man City (3-4 FACUP)
Gary Doherty bless him looses the ball in the area and lets man city score
Andy Gray "WHAT IS GARY DOHERTY DOING!?!?"

5# Chris Kamara: Arsenal's football is magnificent, but Spurs are fighting, like, well like Beavers. Spurs 1 Arsenal 0, back to you Jeff.

6# Villa ... and still Ricky Villa ... what a fantastic run ... HE'S SCORED! ... amazing goal ... by Ricky Villa!
(John Motson, Cup Final 1981)

7# Ziege's free-kick .... OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH WHAT A GOALLLL!

8# 'Is he going to have a crack....he is you know!!!' 'That is...schoolboy's own stuff'. Gazza 91 cont.

9# 'Gascoigne turned an attack that was going into a cul de sac..'
Barry Davies? FA cup run 91...I think it was against Pompey.

10# Jurgeeeen Killeeeer Klinsman son of a German baker puts the icing on the cake.
Jonathen Pierce on capital gold in 1995 (don't remember against who but it was the fourth goal of the game)

Who is that ledge that does the commentary for radio London?

He said "When you have a good Woody at the back it always stiffens things up"

That guy cracks me up.

"REF!!!! WHAT WAS THAT!???? YOU SIR! ARE A MUPPET!"

He never holds back.

It was against Watford in the League cup at Vicarage Road after Klinsmann had scored the perfect hat-trick.

"Juuuuuurgeeeeen the Geeeeermaaan KILLER klinsmann, son of a German Baker puts the icing on the cake." Classic Jonathan Pearce!
