If he's really that unhappy he could come back on loan for a season.

It was on the sports news over here that Bayern may be putting together a bid for him that is larger than what RM paid us.

The difference is we will have to sell players, weaken other positions, adjust our wage structure just to get him back and after that can only depend on him to regain his old swagger. The other clubs doesn't even need to blink an eyelid and he will be working with other worldies along side him. Where will you go if you were him? He has moved on.... We haven't

have thought that if he leaves real the next stop could well be bayern - top team, new experience, big money and Pep

Madness from Bayern, they could probably get him for £50m and the Madrid fans would drive him to the airport.

Your forgetting the fact that Madrid don't want to sell and it's only a small minority of Madrid fans that dislike him.

Bayern are a good team not full of individuals, bale will be fantastic there imo
agree 100% and been saying this for a while. Bale would give them a different dimension and the chance to work with Pep will appeal to young Gareth

i shed a little tear everytime i see him lumbering around that real madrid pitch. isolated on the right wing. no lung busting runs. stupid patchy beard with no moustache. come home Bale. we miss you.

After last night, it will take something special for him to stay there now. I fear his dream, already beginning to splinter will soon be shattered beyond repair.

Sadly, I can't see him returning to the Lane except as a place to end his career many seasons in the future but the thought of him playing against us in the PL will hurt as much, if not more, than his leaving us in the first place.

Even if he wanted to there is no way he will return to us simply because Madrid paid way over the odds for him plus there are teams much richer than us that would have him.

There was a moment in the game last night when Ronaldo tracked back at speed almost to the half-way line, won the ball, passed it and then sprinted like a mad man to get back up front. Whilst all this was happening I think Bale moved 1 metre.

i know this isnt going to happen but if madrid only paid a portion of the cost upfront and the rest in installments it wouldnt be beyond the realms. But yes. im kidding myself.
