Rangers robbed again, denied a pen last week and Robson should of been sent off.
This week denied a penalty,an offside goal and another how jan stayed on is beyond me.
I thought our refs were poor!

Also what was the point in sending off Whittacker, who in my opinion shouldn't have been booked anyway, with 2 seconds to go. Would rather Rangers won the league but have a bad feeling that eventually the fixture list is going to catch up with them

mkkid, which planet are you from? Rangers have consistently fouled and blagged their way through this years SPL campaign. It is more the fact that Strachan is in charge at Celtic Park, and Rangers have a proper, gentleman, football wizzard at their head, that allowed the Ibrox outfit to get ahead this season. That said, it is not over until it's over....COYC!

Of course he should have been booked. It was a yellow card offense, it doesn't matter if it happened in the first second or last second of the game the booking was fully justified.

For a team that consistently fouled all season ,there actually their 2nd bottom of the foul league table.
In the top 30 of booked players they only have 2,one of them is Hutton and the other is Thomson who picked upa few at Hibs
They have had 3 red cards and 3 penalties given against them this season.
Strangely enough 2 pens and 2 sending off have been at Celtic park.
As i said,i thought ,our refs were poor!

ps: celtic have 3 player who have commited the most fouls,
Brown,Robson and hesselink in the top 10.The last 2 should of be sent off in the last 2 old firm games.

Whittaker is an idiot. Foolish thing to do so late on when the team is already missing countless players. Because of that, for the next game we'll be missing every player bar 1 (novo) whos played wide left this season; Beasley, McCulloch, Naismith, Adam, Burke and now Whittaker.

But i am pretty raging at the ref. Had a very very poor game. How Hessilink didnt get sent off is beyond me. Absolutey shocking attack on Faye. And dont get me started on Faye. Never shoulda been brought on. The man is a waste of sapce and shouldve been sent back to Charton in January having played only 3 games (with a cumulative time of less than a game and a half on the park). Couldnt believe he got on when we had CB's playing at LB and RB with an RB playing LM. Faye is a fucking CM for gods sake!

And the point of the split is to have the same number of games as the other big leagues (38) but recognise we've not got enough good teams. We used to have 10 teams in the top flight, but now we have 12. So you play each team 3 times, and then the split happens. You then play the other teams in your section of the league once more. This = 38 games like the premiership etc. It does result in 7th place often having more points than 6th place sometimes though (infact, it is actually possible for 7th place to have enough points to reach europe but remain only in 7th place).

I dont know,if its about having enough good teams in the spl, although the disaster with Gretna this year could well prove your point.
Id love to go back to playing each other twice but that would mean a reduction on St prices as there one less old firm games at home.
Most teams need the money from the old firm, you have to remember the a extra visit from Rangers could mean another 200-250 thousand pounds.
Personally,id like the north Alantic idea to resurface again.

My big gripe is with smith, where is S Smith and Webster, why not play Lowning as right back, instead of Broadfoot.Walter plays the same 15 players most of the time.Boyd cant get a game because of the 451 formation, play it in europe but not against Killie,QOS,etc.

Well, theres 12 teams in the league just now...if you then take hte top 8 from the first division to make it 20, you are in the position where you have a large number of teams who are not good enough for top flight football.

Must just be me then, but I didn't think that it was a yellow card. Do agree that it shouldn't matter when it happens though.
