Each team across Europe accumulates a UEFA score over a five year period as a result of their results in Europe (called their coefficient)
As City have been in champs league every year of the last five they have scored more coefficient points than us - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/UEFA_coefficient#Club_coefficient
On a side note we're now ranked higher than Man Utd

On reflection i'm feeling a bit 'meh' over the draw. We could have (and did) play them teams, apart from Moscow in the Europe League. I wanted a bit of a glamour fixture, a Barca or a Bayern. Still, I suppose I can wait until the final

There are always a few teams such as those in our group in the group stages. By the quarter finals it is mainly the bigger clubs left.

Could have been more glamourous, but I'm stoked for these games now. Bayer are the probably the toughest game here, but with 85000 yids in Wembley, I'm confident.
We were allocated 900 mate, would hope for a few more in the CL!

Arsenal will have champions league fixtures as well, West Ham would've had Europa League had they not gone out so hilariously last night, Chelsea will be difficult though.

Now the draw has been announced and with no "glamour" tie in there, has there been a suggestion if tickets will go on general sale and what have we sold already? Would hate to see Wembley anything but full, regardless of the opposition. It's still a novelty at this stage so to be unable to fill it would be disappointing
The club announced nearly 51,000 sold during the initial sale phase so not as many as people thought. Can't see more than 60-65,000 attendance unfortunately

Level 2 is club Wembley so guessing it does include those. Away allocation wont be included in that number purely tickets sold to ST holders & members in the sale period.

Surely the club will now go on an all out offensive in order to sell as many tickets as possible and fill the place? At the right price, I'd happily have a couple of tickets as I'm sure many non-members would. Would be a real shame to see nearly a third of the ground empty when we have given it such fanfare that we are playing there and we have such high demand for tickets.
