I have been saying it all season, intelligence needs intelligence.
Lamela, Eriksen, Holtby, Bentilab, Soldado, Verts Chiri.
Especially the front lot, how they havent taken to the pitch together is beyond me.

yes, its a feckin tragedy of management stupidity..

People are saying we should build the team around him because he's looking like one of the only world-class players we have at the club. Still, not as bad as Man Utd who have been built around Januzaj for most of the season.

he is still a long way from world class.

Eriksen has got match winning ability and it's great he's taking some responsibility.

We need Lamela hitting at least the same level of performance asap.

Those two were supposed to make us tick this season.

Quality player, we have a gem. Can't wait to see him next season hopefully alongside Lamela.

Has quickly become our most important player. Incredible talent for his age.

No doubt we'll sell him to Mardid next season for 100 million and then spend that on about half a dozen duds and finish 10th next season.

Amazing that one of our cheapest signings is the business. Liked him from day one, great player, and it's scary to think how good he could become. Players seem to hit the peak 24-28 years old. Hopefully he's ours for a while

As someone else on these boards said at the time we signed him (apoglogies, I've forgotten who, but I'm going to steal your fantastic line), when we managed to get him for a measly £12m then it's hard to believe that Man Utd/Arsenal/Chelsea didn't gazump us and sign him twice over to make sure.

Indeed. He cost a quarter as much as Ozil and has been involved in as many goals.

Just love the positivity of this post...
If you isolate the performance of today he was world class. And based on the last game, he is not far from world class. He is knocking on the door. If he gets in, time will tell...
