This would be more of an anti-transfer gossip, I reckon:
Jarque's name, so often linked with us in the past 6 months, has suddenly vanished from the transfer gossip news.
There's a brief note about him on Marca, where he apologized to the Espanyol fans for the terrible (colective) second half of the just finished season. The fans seem to rate him as a crack, both a very talented central defender as well as a gentleman and an icon for the institution. He claims to feel very comfortable at the club and is actually more concerned about the manager's future there rather than his own.
Absolutely no reference whatsoever on his potential departure.
