Said it earlier in this thread and throughout last summer: Yunus Malli of Mainz. Been fantastic this season and taken his game to another level. Creative player who scores goals and creates for others. Perfect competition for Eriksen. Had a low release clause previously, but not sure about now. Mainz aren't going anywhere, so if the player wants out, we might be able to land him in January.

If we could get a creative AM such as Isco then do it otherwise I think we should stand as is and give the players we've brought in some time we're in 5th after 11 games and suffered injuries to our best striker and best defender that's not too shabby

Haven't seen much of him, but interesting that he's stepped up a level this season. The rumours of us scouting him a lot were very persistent.

My intuition tells me that Poch has come to the conclusion that this guy is a prick, and has moved on.
My intuition tells me Levy loves a freebie, and to get a player that with a bit of TLC and a few goals and his value would rocket up on the balance sheet again, I'm still not convinced it's over...

The problem was Peace v Levy not MoPo's perception of the player. If we do not go for him in January for a reduced fee or in June after a tribunal ,then i'll cede to your point.

We're being linked with Sandro Ramirez again, he's a player I quite fancy.

Got 5 in 10 for Malagna after leaving Barca for them in summer.

He can play up top and also wide so gives us good options in two positions.

Being greedy I'd take Berahino from WBA for a massively knocked down price too as will give us another good specialist centre forward option and take some heat off of Janssen.

Yup and West Brom have given Saido the best out possible. They've sent him France to get his mind right ( note he still hasn't signed a new contract) he's working on his fitness away from the first team so essentially Pulis has removed him from the main group of players. Saido has the tools and skillset to be a prolific scorer for us, we've seen what Poch has done with Rose,Walker, Kane etc I would like to see what a Pochified Saido would be like for us.

Could partner Kane or Janssen as well.

There's also this story that Jon Smith, a very in the know agent, has repeated a few times. Sounds like classic Levy to me. Ezki Fryers times ten...

Would definitely be an interesting prospect. IMO he's shown poor professionalism but i don't think his club (Peace mainly) have done anything to engage him as a young player who faced a difficult decision and rubbed a few people up the wrong way.

He needs nurturing and whilst i think he's got a way to go to be a genuine top level footballer, the potential was always there.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: DO IT!!!!

Foreign club buys berahino for 500k in January
We agree deal to buy him from Foreign club for 3 mill
Berahino gets his cut
Agent gets his cut
Peace gets nothing! :p

I don't even feel bad because of the way Peace handled the whole thing, screw - em - over!

I don't think a club like us should be going near Berahino right now. There's a good player in there but he seems to be in a headspace where coming to a club with the expectations of Spurs would probably destroy his confidence even further.

I think a player like Coric or Isco is what we need, someone to unlock the passes through to our forwards. Isco is the dream, but I think Coric is more likely and he's still a phenomenal talent.
BOTH! I want both!! Give them to us, Danny!!

If he loves a freebie then we should have taken a punt on Dembele when his contract expired at Fulham

I think we probably would have, but he wanted to go somewhere like Celtic where he would be first choice and build up his profile.
