W played much differently against Liverpool and Madrid did we not, we gave up possession and hit them on the break. It doesn't look like that's the tactic here. If we're trying to play possession we need someone to win the ball back.

I have no idea what Poch's tactics are tonight, just as I didn't against Arsenal. But like you, assuming we are not ceding possession and territory then we need to be pressing much more cohesively and diligently. Dier won't improve that, he doesn't like to press higher up because he's turned too easily, he prefers dropping off and the game in front of him.
