Surprised to see Ronaldinho starting (and wearin no. 10) - I thought his star had faded?

Cracking player when at his peak but seemed to lose it like a few Brazalian players have as they near their 30's... :(

Just on my way from the England match. Good game, played well, but have to say Brasil were below poor. But who cares, England won, now we are in pole position to win the world cup next year. :)

Can I just say how absolutely average Neymar looked. Not to say he won't be a great player but how people compare him to Ronaldo and Messi is beyond me. They both looked far better players than he does at 21. He isn't even prolific in a league with notoriously atrocious defending.

It's best to try and distance yourself from any club rivalries when looking at England right now, simply because we dont look like total toilet, and that is pleasing :)

Wilshere's quality is really starting to annoy me.

When he's in an England shirt you cannot help but think how good he will be in the future.... When he's in that red shirt, wanker....... such a fickle bunch we football fans are.

Yeah Wilshere is some player.

Great to see us with a centre midfielder of such quality at last.

Rooney when actually on form is a cracking player too.

I know Cahill fucked up for the goal, but Hart dropped another clanger by kicking the ball right at him to nearly let Brazil go 2-1 up - that keeper worries me slightly.

Great result though and the game was actually decent considering it was a friendly.

Pretty certain 8/10 cats couldn't give a fuck about the national team.

Sadly this is still the case for me and a win against Brazil in a meaningless game doesn't change that.

I still don't really understand why teams have friendly matches other than perhaps in the build up to a major tournament.
