Klopps response has been disappointing. As long as him and his players continue to play and not speak about it they are protecting the owners in all of this.

I sensed Klopp had been briefed beforehand as to what to say in his pre-match interview

Why does Neville keep on about Liverpool. He sounds a bitter tool.

Probably because they proclaim themselves above all as "the people's club" and all of that "it means more to us" - so it goes against everything Liverpool claim to be.

Trust is, none of the six clubs look good in this.

Neville kept on about Liverpool last night like Man U arent as bad. He imo definitely kept digging out Liverpool and brought up YNWA. He's done the same tonight imo.
Shame because it takes away from what he's trying to say.

What a day. But at least, after twenty-odd years, I finally know what it was like for Take That fans when Robbie left.

He's definitely not doing that, he's talking about Liverpool in a way where he's tremendously respectful of their heritage. That the fans and the players and managers of the club have held them to an extremely high standard of being for the people and he's saying that the owners fly in the face of that.

He acknowledged yesterday that United were a club built by the working class, he acknowledged the club has a very big history in the sacrifices they made to get the team into europe and the reason he hasn't been as vocal beyond that about United is because he acknowledged at the top of the program today that the owners of United have always shown a disregard for the history of United for their own greed, so this situation isn't a shock to United. With the Liverpool owners it's a relatively new thing.

Can't remember word for word, there will probably be a clip later, but essentially brought up the fact that Sky were part of a breakaway from the football league, TV money and questioned whether we're (Sky) are hypocrites for being outraged at this.
It was amazing. The host looked so uncomfortable. I work for sky and I was so happy he raised it.

Not from what I see, he's having a go at Liverpool because he expects better from them - he had a go at Man Utd in the same way.

No idea why Klopp took that so personal and attacked him.
