We have the luxury of having the best central midfielder in terms of driving with the ball, taking his counterparts out of the game and creating space for others.

We need to mix up our wing options because they all want to pass and go. Come inside all the time. That works excellently in a functioning team and will work again in time but having that out and out winger would open up tight defences like this.
