You lot know jaws is on?
I'm all over that shit. But someone on the internet is wrong!
Bloody news in between is a kick in the balls though.
You lot know jaws is on?
And how is this 'sustainable' legacy being built exactly? The rhetoric I see from elements of the supporter base is wishful thinking or pure fantasy. This club isn't part of the elite and will not be even with the new stadium quite simply because it will not possess the capacity in either circumstance. And It does not posses the capacity to retain its major players much in the manner that clubs A Madrid and Dortmund could not. The real question is why do so many operate under the notion that the realities of the modern game do not apply to us? As if we alone are immune to them.
You are absolutely right that I want silverware now. The club hasn't won any in a decade, it hasn't won an FA Cup in 26 years, a UEFA cup in 33. It has a team capable of wining major silverware so why wouldn't we want or expect this now? I'm not envious of other clubs and their supporters I'm envious of our own, of those who able to witness those previous success. Seriously just how much more patience do we need to show? I have heard the whole building retohric since 2004, the narrative is exactly the same. We were good enough to challenge for the UEFA cup, FA Cup and league cup and have been ever since. What is their to be patient with that we when we already good enough to win those trophies?
I can't be fucking arsed to read through any more than this last page but is anyone actually suggesting they would swap Arsenal's season with ours ? Or suggesting theirs is more successful ?
You lot know jaws is on?
Yeah, so Brodie kills the shark but does he win any silverware? No. BOTTLER PRICK!

WINNERBasically you can't acknowledge this because you refuse to. In truth, I realise I'm wasting my time here because you refuse to accept anything that I'm saying.
I'll not bother further, you're not a Spurs fan as far as I'm concerned so I won't waste another second explaining the obvious to you.
I would rather win the facup and come fifth than come second
Now I'm sure you're a WUM, how is it being built?
Since Enic took over we have progressed from a relegation candidate to a title challenger, regularly challenging for CL and now challenging for the title. We have one of the foremost training facilities in the World with an academy producing World class talent like Kane and with potential to produce even more like Edwards, that pays for itself when we can sell on talents like Bentaleb, Mason and Prichard whilst we keep the cream.
This is one aspect of sustainability as, in nearly 50 years we have produced just 3, Hoddle, Judas and King.
We are building a stadium costing just short of a Billion pounds, future proofed and allowing us to accommodate multiple events, further increasing our revenue, exposure and sustainability.
We have broken into CL and for 2 seasons have been the most consistent side in the most widely watched league in the World, playing arguably the most attractive Football period. Whilst not necessarily part of the sustainability, it is certainly a product of the progress that we have sustained over the past 15 years.
We have progressed with a recruitment policy that has allowed us to progress from no hope laughing stocks to serious title challengers, a policy that has sustained improvement for the last 15 years.
In every respect we have proven that we are building towards sustained success, we just have that final step to take and rubber stamp it with trophies.

They'll still be in a field in Kazakhstan next season playing Turnip United on a Thursday night.
Basically the point was with regards capacity and resources and given that our capital projects do not alter our standing as the sixth wealthiest club in the PL I am still waiting the rationale behind this sustainable success/ entry into the elite statement. The game is driven by resources, that is what dictates success in the medium to long term so how can a club that won't even overtake Liverpool in that regard ( a none elite club that doesn't challenge for the major honors) be expected to achieve this? There are plenty of clubs that have talented boards, plenty that invest in their youth structures that doesn't alter their capacity in any discernible way. And I'm not refusing to acknowledge anything, where did I state that ENIC were not a talented board or that we haven't progressed in the league format since their arrival at the club? That is not even the point at discussion. It hey I'm just a shit so called supporter so what do I know.

Liverpool and their fan base destroyed English football for 5 years following the Heysel debacle due to the UEFA ban It was a long time a coming but Tottenham and Everton were probably affected more than most.
Tell me about it.
Evidently nothing, including the meaning of supporter.Basically the point was with regards capacity and resources and given that our capital projects do not alter our standing as the sixth wealthiest club in the PL I am still waiting the rationale behind this sustainable success/ entry into the elite statement. I said I was pissed off.
Feels like we are in their shadow again, id rather win trophies than mere plaudits, nice as they are
