to me, well not a huge ammount, my days will still be the same, but it would be nice to see the players who deserve it get the chance to have their day, to be thanked for everything they gave to the tottenham cause, the chance to be able to be listed as a proper paid up legend, rather than some fella who is only their for pollitical/money reasons

I do agree it is an atrocity that the club consider some of these so-called players legends over others, I totally see that. But i kind of ecpect that from Spurs. I love them inspite of that

Jimmy Greaves wouldn't be inducted into our hall of fame because he has had a falling out with someone?

That's kind of an odd reason? Alan Sugar was mentioned but why would there be a problem between them?

Anderton was IMHO a top player for Spurs who really could have had an even greater career if injuries hadn't interjected at vital times.

Freund, erm I liked him but no...

Freund has won loads of trophies - give him a break

Okay okay, so he's not the greatest Spurs player of all time......and I personally wouldn't put him in the Hall of Fame, but

He's won the Champions League, the European Championship and two German League Titles, played in the World Cup and of course won the League Cup with us......

Not the best player ever, but respect the Freund Trophy Cabinet. It is fairly hefty.

Noone is knocking his achievements mate, or that he did a decent enough job whilst he was here. Just look at the list of names in the HoF, that tells you all you need to know.

When Ledley decides to call it a day are we going to bring up his injury record when it comes to putting him in the hall of fame? some how i don't think so.Anderton was a class player who stayed for over 10 years scored goals, as well as set them up, and turned down Man utd at a time when we were crap unlike you know who.

Anderton I can just about understand, but Freund?!

Do you think the Club meant to say 'Darren Anderton' and a 'Friend' can come along to the HOF and somehow it has been misinterpreted to 'Freund'?!

I'm very glad that when I first open this thread my fellow sc'ers felt the same way as me.

Freud was a joke of a player - a cult hero - but absolutely terrible. You wont see Arsenal or Chelsea add Jensen and Goldbaek to their HoF.

Where do i send an email to complain?

Can't believe people doubted Anderton's class. He was a cracking player, hugely under-estimated by his own fans and the general media.

The fact he stayed with us when he could have fucked off to a bigger club proves his class.

Freund? That's bullshit and completely devalues the whole process.

He stayed with us because of his long standing affair with the doctor.

Stefan Fucking Freund, I now want Tarricco, Ginger Pele and Pat Van-den Hauwe included as well as Sol Campbell.

HOF - heap of flatulence.
