Give Ramos time

I have read a few posts, saying Ramos using certain tactics and how well we have done aginst Man u, arsenal, chelsea etc. but we failed big style on saturday against a team we should be beating and have beaten comfortably in the past.

Unfortunately we have to give the current management some time, the reason we did well against the big boys is that every manager in europe knows what their strengths and weaknesses are. Champions league is global....everyone who appreciates football can appreciate their strengths.

I feel that maybe Ramos needs a bit more time in English football to understand how the lesser teams play. I think in a year or so, we could count ourselves serious challengers to the top 4, but maybe a little longer than what a lot of people expect. Give Ramos time to adapt to the english game, with the lesser english teams and we will progress well.

1 poor performance and people doubting JR already, one game after a huge cup final and the lads wernt bothered simple as.

Its not like Wenger, Fergurson or Mourinho never had a bad game?

Hopefully the brum game will be forgotten once we beat PSV.

I don't think ANYONE is saying that Ramos is crap or that he has screwed up in any way. In fact, in all the time he's been at Spurs I can't remember anyone posting a single negative thing about him. I think that everyone accepts that new coaches need time to bed in at clubs. Everyone seems pretty amazed at how quickly he's changed the mentality at Spurs.

I don't think Ramos is the perfect coach, because the perfect coach doesn't exist. There are things he does that puzzle me, but I don't think anyone is saying that he's crap or that the Birmingham game was anything other than a one-off blip.
