There's a good advert for keeping your mouth shut! Some of the responces on there are absolutely shocking! If I had a good source and he told me we've just signed player X, I wouldn't say a word on any internet forum

I want Harry to stay as long as he gets in players like Adebayor and french based players. This is how he has had success before, and he can have success again with Spurs. Being a good manager is to have a sense of what a good team is.

When interviewing candidates for a manager position, the only thing you need to ask the candidates about is what their dream team is. This will give you an idea of how he would build the team. If the team the candidate choose is boring (like Liverpool this year), he is excluded from the job.

A manager like Villas-Boas did a good job at FC Porto because he had a good group of players to choose from. That always makes it easier to do the job. At Chelsea he really did not use the best players he had, and just kept on using the same players, even though they did not do the job. A player like Lukaku for example. He simply destroyed some of his development. One of the very best young strikers around. (You need to use a player like that correct, and coach him).

I told you before he went there that kane was better than Lukaku!
