5 people actually want to keep Soldado?

He's been beyond useless and his presence in the team nulifies Kane who is arguably our most important player currently

Frankly Soldado should be the first person on the for sale list and we should be expecting to and happy to accept a pretty hefty trading loss on him (put it down to foolish mistake from whoever was involved in his scouting and assessing him as a viable player for us )

Eriksen - Definitely, though we still need more out of him.

Chadli - Off the boil at the moment, but he is the biggest goal thread other than Eriksen and Kane.

Lamela - Would happily sell him. Offering very little and not looking like a Premier League player at all.

Paulinho - Sell. Don't really need to explain this one.

Chiriches - The only one I'm unsure on really. He got forwards very well last night and could be a useful squad member if there's nothing better available.

Soldado - Sell...if we can.

Capoue - Seems to be completely out of favour so no point keeping him.

Lamela, Soldado, Capoue 100% out. Eriksen 100% keep. We should accept a decent bid for Chadli.

There are more players we need to replace before Chadli, we wont find game in and game out consistant squad players at a Europa level club for Chadli's price, attracting such players is very tricky too.
This summer shouldnt be wasted replacing Chadli, we have far more hopeless cases in the squad to remove, think Chadli could be a slow burner too, will get better season on season.

All depends what offers we'd receive. I mean, for instance, if an Italian Club were prepared to commit towards a 20 million package to take Lamela back to Italy, I'm sure we'd sell.

But that's very unlikely, so I'd be inclined to persevere with Lamela for another season, he'still young.

I mean every player has their price and I'm not sure someone would come in with a monster offer for Eriksen just quite yet. So yeah he's been the biggest success of the seven and I'm sure he'll be playing for us next season.

Chadli I'd definitely keep to.

The rest I would be welcoming any interest whatsoever. All for varying reasons but its not going to work out with them for one reason or another.

Pretty much agree with that Mr P, its a shame the league best suited to some of these players has feck all money to spend on them.

Eriksen, Lamela, Chadli and Chiriches.

I like Capoue but its clear he doesn't fit in or follow instruction.

Eriksen, Chadli and Lamela.

Chadli - Was amazing start of the season, lost form due to the extremely unfortunate death of his father which is very understandable. If we do sell him (not that i want him to go) we can guarantee our money back + some more.

Eriksen - I dont even need to say anything to justify my reason for picking Eriksen

Lamela - A lot of you will probably want him gone, but I'm willing to let him develop. Once he packs on a few more pounds, i think we'll see a different player. I personally think he has a lot to offer and keeps blueballing us with glimpses of pure quality we saw at Roma. Patience and we'll probably be rewarded.

Definitely keep Chadli and Eriksen, I'd be happy enough to persevere with Lamela but if somebody was to come in with a decent enough offer we should sell. Chiriches is another weird one, still yet to really make any impact, we should keep if we can't attract an upgrade.

Eriksen - obvs keep
Chadli - will hopefully recover his form
Lamela - has done just enough to warrant one more season

Chiriches - not bothered if he stays or goes, reasonable squad option

Soldado and Paulinho are expensive flops, shame, but we need to get whatever we can for them. Capoue is obviously not in Pochs plans and should also be shifted on.

So your keeping Vlad and Pauli, I would happily keep Vlad and play him first choice right back.
Pauli I think will be moved on, hey you can't have everything.

We were doomed as soon as we called them the Magnificent Seven.

After nearly two years, it's quite clear that Soldado is Robert Vaughn (suffers a crisis of confidence and can't shoot straight) and that Lamela is Charles Bronson (much loved Hispanic who sadly doesn't make it).

I'm guessing Paulinho is Brad Dexter who only turned up for the money and Capoue is James Coburn who joined for the challenge, but ultimately wasn't up to it.

Which leaves Eriksen, Chadli and Chiriches. One of these is Horst Buchholz (who stays for love) whereas the other two are Yul Brynner and Steve McQueen and will ride off into the sunset.

Here's hoping it's Eriksen who's the Buchholz character, although it would be somewhat Spursy if it turned out to be Vlad...

I voted to keep Eriksen, for obvious reasons, though he needs to do more in his role as our play more often goes through him, and needs to create more. Lately I have been a bit meh with his performances, but consider that a blip and he will rediscover his form and has many years ahead to make him one of the best AMC's (assuming he is played there!?).

Chadli is worth keeping, but not overly sold on him to be honest, mainly because I think he is not consistent enough. He is quite strong on the ball, but I don't see him busting a gut to track back, nor do I see an effort to put a tackle in. His goals and assists keep him here....for now.

Lamela, the proverbial Enigma I want to keep, I get just about every negative point about him, and do agree with them, until it comes to the price tag. Erik should not be held accountable for a price we paid, we should. To some extent, Erik is trying to get that monkey off his back, and you can see it in his play. Over playing at times and trying too hard. The lad has talent, but he is being ruled by his overzealous determination to do something to endear himself. The jury is clearly out on him, and for all his assumed problems is no worse than Chadli, but no better either imo.

Ahh Soldado. I had the faith for a long time, and kept saying it will come, It hasn't and it probably won't. I voted to keep him based on the fact that the others that were left, more than likely would command a higher transfer fee and there is no way Levy will let him go for next to nowt. Lack of goals aside, Bobby has some wonderful touches and is probably a better bet when outside the box. I also think that if he were in a very good creative side like Chelsea, then he would be a bigger goal threat. His form in front of goal has been shattered by confidence, or the lack of it. At Valencia he scored some belters, and was thriving on some good service. With the confidence back and the right chances being created it could happen for him, but as things stand he is a liability. Only keep because I doubt levy would get rid.

Eriksen, Chadli..............and er..................oh hum.

Agreed and if we got a good offer I would consider selling chadli and replace him with Pritchard and go all out and buy strikers and defenders who can do the biz.

Only two worth keeping now are Robert Vaughn and Brad Dexter. The rest are dead. Maybe Vaughn can take Friedel's spot on the roster.

Hmm as much as I love our youth players breaking through, how much of Pritchard have you seen in the 1st team? Sure Mason and Bentaleb have made it, but I don't see them actually taking us to the next level most of us aspire too. Pritchard is an unknown at this level, like Mason and Bentaleb or like Chadli and Lamela were. It's all a gamble, and not always likely to pay off.

Siroulsy I was at the united game and vlad is shockingly bad

This summer
Friedal
Kabs
VC
Capoue
Lennon
Paulinho
RS
Ade
Holtby

And if a good offer comes in
Lamela
Chadli

Just sign a good center back, and striker, a good wide player we have Pritchard, Oduwa, Carroll, Milo's, ball, all to come back and I can't see any of them being any worse.
