Hutton out for 3 months?

We can't go all summer without an injury of some sort, so if we lose Hutton then we do have Gunter as cover, not seen much of him, but always looks OK when I did.

Seriously, the news is not official yet, and by all accounts it seems 10 times more likely to be David Hutton rather than Alan, given that Clive Allen has nothing to do with the first team right now.

He'll be Hutton dressed as Lahm.

So in fact, it was Alan Hutton who was injured?

Assuming that is the case, and he's missing the start of the season, it is a big big blow

hopefully Gunter will step up an do a good job - but with the squad looking thin in quality (as far as top 4 challenge goes anyway) we need as few as injuries as possible

Of the much vaunted back 4 v Boro being Hutton Woody King Bale it's quite likely only two of those will start, three at most would be my guess ATM

Let us find the truth of the Hutton injury....Is it Alan or David.....or WHO? Surely it should be plain by Monday night's game? It would be a tragedy if we are forced to start the season without our Scots and Welsh defenders.....but we will survive....COYS!
