Zokora looked like the best midfielder ever. Berbatov video made him look like a bit of a poacher with not much else.

Actually, other than Dida, all Brasilian keepers are white. That's been a long term racial subtext for Brasil. A long while back they had a black keeper that made a gaff (forget the name or the tourney) and the general consensus was that white goallies were better. Talk about getting the shaft. One screwup and a majority of the people in Brasil had one less position to play. And yet we gauge Robbo's bungles on a minute hand :wink: So black goallies kind of disappeared in Brasilian football for a good long while. Kind of like the quite racism of the white quarterback in the NFL until the 90's.

So saying Brasilian keepers are shit, is honkey hate :razz:

Really adds nothing to this, but it is one of the very interesting SocioPolitical themes that dominate the game and make it so interesting to read about.
