Here are a list of Premiership players who are better than Lennon on the wing:

Rosicky
McSheffrey
Bentley
SWPhillips
**Arteta (seen him play on the wings)**
Bouazza
Babel
Petrov
Ronaldo
Koumas

To the 3 in Bold
To the 1 in Bold with asterixes - Thats like comparing Aaron Lennon to Steven Gerrard. I've seen him play on the wings too?
Rosicky cost more and is older - and i feel is utilised less as an winger, more of a left sided midfielder.
Bentley is older

SWP is older, not better
Babel cost a hell of a lot more and is fractionally older
Petrov is older cost more (and in wages)
And Ronaldo is Ronaldo.

We should cash in on him and buy someone who can produce consistently good crosses and passes. Sell him for £8m and buy Bently for £10m I say.

What makes you think that a) Blackburn would sell Bentley for £10m, and b) that Blackburn would sell Bentley to us/Bentley would want to come to us?

Dempsey's been better than Bouazza this season, is he better than Lennon as well?

Better Shot - Yes
Better Cross - No

I watched him deliver 7 crosses this afternoon of which only 1 went close(ish) to Drogba.
1 went into the upper tier of the south stand and the others were cleared by the nearest defender.

He was great at City, but if you compare the player he is now, against the player Lennon is now (forget the fact SWP is 6 years older) I personally think Lennon is just as good.

Lennon's crossing/passing is atrocious compared to SWP. One afternoon is too small of a sample to judge him on.

Petrov is easily the best winger in the premiership so far this season. We missed out big there :-|

About Lennon....hardly a disappointment but he hasn't taken the next step.......quite normal that you get stuck maybe even go backwards before going to the next level.

The only disappointment would be his crosses and passes but i guess it will come during Ramos.....as long as the kid doesn't get to carried away....

Koumas is not comical, General LEvy. He is an accomplished player, and I'm really surprised why his name has not been mentioned regularly of late. The boy would fit nicely into our team.

I personally rate Koumas very highly but he is no where near as dangerous a player as Lennon.
