We should not sell to Man City or anyone else for any price.
Having only recently signed a new contract we are not in the position we have to sell.
Our team is on the brink of something special and Walker is a key part of that.
Tell him he's staying at the club this season and that we'll discuss the situation again next summer. I'm sure he would get his head down and give us 100%.

Why would Levy sell arguably England best right back for £40m to a title rival. Nah... not gonna happen when any good replacement these days cost the same.

The wing back position is so critical these days and there is not many that play that role effectively. It's a rare commodity. I think 60+add on might be ok.

Our mate lyall with a different spin on things now stating that Walker isn't that bothered about going. That's new then (or made up guesswork like the rest of the article!)

"Sky sources claim Walker is relaxed about his future, and is not agitating for a move away from a club at which he has spent the past eight years and harbours a deep affection for.

But he is understood to have been unhappy at not being selected for particular games towards the end of the season, as manager Mauricio Pochettino rotated him with Kieran Tripper"

Kyle Walker is also a way better wing-back in a 5-man defence than Trippier is, which was hugely successful for us.

Hard ball all the way, otherwise keep.

Whether he is sold for 40 or 50m , he will nearly be sold 10 or 11 times his buying price. What an investment he has been for the club.He missed out nearly 1.5 season to a hip injury and had to endure 3 managers who did not coach him. For a player who had his 8th season as his first prolific season...to sell him at 50m is certainly an achievement for club policy & shows again coaching ability of Poch.

He is probably now the best PL RB...but he is also the weakest player in our strongest XI. Whether its Trippier or anyone else hopefully they suitably replace & be upgrade on him

Unless the offer is ridiculous or he behaves like a child, I'd keep. The best defence in the league for 2 seasons now and the understanding between them all is only getting better.

Whilst I agree he is probably the most easily upgraded player in the squad, I wouldn't replace just for the sake of it.

Disagree, Eric Dier is clearly the weakest player in our strongest 11.

Agreed, with the caveat that none of us know what is really going on and none of us will know in a year what was really going on.

Dier is probably most important player in the XI....coz no other player gives the side the tactical flexibility than Dier.Without Dier, Poch cannot change 3-4-3 to a 4-2-3-1 or viceversa at a whim.

This is why regardless of position, he is always in XI...infact for the entire 3 years of Poch management

I don't disagree with you regarding tactical flexibility, I still think he is the weakest player in our 3-4-3 if you look at the 11.

The bloke is irrelevant; I wish we'd stop quoting him on here.

Keep Walker for the Wembley experience.
We may well need both him and Trippier.
Can understand why he was disappointed not to play in the Semi and some CL games, however had Poch rotated from the beginning of the season this may not have been a problem, players want to play in these matches, all a balancing act.
As others have said, just signed a new contract, we have Wembley, there is a World Cup at the end of next season and then the NEW Stadium...
He will not cause trouble, too much at stake for him.(imo obviously!)
