Surely not. Paul seems to use the @spursodyssey Twitter account. But the above communication seems indeed to be from him. Possibly a separate personal account?

It'd be good to know as Paul is a bloody good source of news. He doesn't share much but if he confirms something, it can be taken to the bank... actually, that's a stupid saying. Why would you take a piece of ITK to the bank? At best, they'd just say they only trade in actual money and that they don't have an option in their currency exchange for a football transfer rumour. You could hardly open a savings account by saying "The Goat reckons its a done deal". Even Abbey National would scoff at that. Just read it. Forget all about any form of banking with it. ISAs, hedge funds, current accounts, premium bonds... all irrelevant. Just open the ITK and then read it. Why you'd even bring up banking in a conversation about Tottenham Hotspur's transfer gossip is beyond me.

Work permits haven't been abolished but the criteria for judging whether a footballer is entitled to one have been changed.
