Very interested to see how many points they get from their next 6 games:

Southampton (a)
Villa (a)
West Ham (h)
Reading (a)
Chelsea (h)
Newcastle (a)

3 away games to clubs in the relegation scrap and Villa have already shown they can cause them some trouble.

0 from a possible 3.

From RAWK:

Yet Bale can act like a complete fanny and dive all over the shop and no one gives a shit? So fucking hypocritical.

This really pisses me off about the scousers. Do they not realize that bale may go down easily, just as Suarez does, but he doesn't stamp, kick, bite or racially abuse anyone? Is that too hard to comprehend in their thick heads?

having a lovely 'discussion' on goal . com about liverpool vs. spurs. it seems like the only argument they can think of is "we've won more trophies than you". poor deluded scousers

This guy seemed quite measured with part of his analysis.. from RAWK

"In spite of the poor performances all over the pitch. Rodgers should also shoulder a large portion of the blame. Our midfield was overrun against a good Spurs team, and his failure to shore up the midfield again today, and think we can just out-score Southampton is naive to the extreme. Perhaps he should sacrifice Sturridge or another attacking player away from home to give us the control and stability?

After all the above. I have to say my biggest gripe is the inconsistency in our philosophy, maybe even more than the shitty result. I mean, if we are going to stick with this slick passing possession based game, then why all of a sudden have we stopped doing it? Today we just lumped long ball after long ball to Suarez and co. "

Rodgers may have a philosophy but it's becoming more apparent that Swansea played the way they did last season under him because it's what they've done for the two managers before his nibs arrived there and continue to do after his departure.

I've no doubt he wants to be a mini-Barca but I'm not convinced he can actually build one himself. He had all the ingredients at Swansea. Now at Pool he's having to buy his own and coming up with the likes of Sturridge and Borini. Kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

His philosophy complimented Swansea brilliantly. They were a great match.

This season has provided a good insight into Liverpool's newfound 'small club' mentality. They've invariably (and particularly recently) raised their game against the top teams and been unlucky not to take more points from those games than they have but are routinely beaten by many of the not so good teams. It's as though us and them have totally swapped places.

Wow.

Seems a few Liverpool fans are not happy with that result. I really cannot understand why. I thought they were all very good losers.
