I rarely have him on, usually if a CD finishes and i'm not paying enough attention to switch over. You can tell the guests don't enjoy his show a fraction of the Colin Murray days, it's all so much droning on about stats.
People can slate Durham but at least he gets a debate going, Jim White just agrees and moves on, or says, "That's a very good point... now we move on to Maureen from Little Eczema in Kent, HELLO MAUREEN!" - if it was a good point, roll with it you dumbass. You can tell he's very much a TV person by default, he can't improvise, i bet his shows are spoon fed to him each morning.
