They should have just made him manager, this is absolute nonsense and I've never known a situation where a DOF who interferes in team affairs works...
I can see a situation where the manager becomes under pressure in a few weeks and Tim takes over.

We all witnessed close up ,his finest moment , being a top 6 Prem manager ...'18 month contract' he said .

And it has proven in the past that it doesn't end well for clubs who have DOFs who do this.

Personally think this is great for us as it could help a couple of our players get experience on loan
