Fuck Man Utd, I'm loving them being shit at last. The number of glory hunting man utd fans who cropped up in the 90s used to piss me right off.

Long may it continue.

Agree. I'm sure OWF would point them in Poch's direction, but considering he basically picked Moyes and Maureen, I doubt they will even be asking his opinion this time round.

I think united will keep Mourinho in place until it is guaranteed they won't finish on the Top 4 then sack him. I think they will appoint Poch this summer.

Exactly what i was thinking. If Jones had've hurt himself seriously is there not grounds for compensation ? Pretty shoddy setup.

On a lighter note: I wonder what kind of face he pulled as he tripped and fell ? ;)

And who would've been paying the compo?

Manchester United had a couple of players missing against West Ham, but you can always rely on Phil Jones making the trip.

That border is an absolute disgrace, players could seriously hurt themselves. You know that WHam would weasel out of the responsibility for it too & we’ll (tax payers not Spurs) end up paying for it for a player get hurt.

A couple of feet to the right and he’d have brained himself on that bubble machine. That looks properly dangerous and is asking for trouble.

Article in the Mirror it seems.

They broke it on FNF. G Nev losing his shit on there.
Here we go. Poch has been linked a couple of times this week with united but I guess we'll have all that shit again.

Oh if it happens he's gonna be right up there.

In fact if I was a Utd fan the best outcome id want is an old utd pro like Giggs to take over then in the summer Poch to take over. He'd be fucking perfect for them.

He'd go with my blessing.

Taking Spurs specs off, totally agree. Spurs specs back on - I would love to see what Poch could do for us with some better backing in the transfer market but a) we'll never compete with united's resources and b) it'll be a while before we see the financial benefits of the new stadium having a markedly positive effect on the transfer budget I reckon.

He has completely lost the plot. Even my southerly united fan friends want him sacked.

My view is that he is no longer as astute/flexible tactically as other managers. You look at their team and they have the best keeper in the league, a very good central midfield and an absolute abundance of talent up front. They just dont want to play for him and are inhibited by his strange tactics.

Worryingly Poch will be a leading replacement, but i would like to think he is happy here to say no.......

Also I am not sure many of his players are excelling.

I am told Pogba has all the attributes to be world class but if he has why hasn’t Jose got the best from him?

Young and Fellaini are performing to their level but Utd need their top talent performing, I have seen little of that in his time there.

After this summer I can't see Poch staying. It seems clear we will never compete for honors - we just don't have the resources and won't spend the necessary money.

Strangely - we could end the weekend only 2 points off the top - so you never know I guess.

Thing is even I'm getting bored of the money = success cycle of football - especially since we are not part of it.
