Any manager who doesn’t go mental in that situation, as a fan, you’d be disappointed.
I can't agree with that. As a fan, I expect to go mental, and try not to.

I don't want a manager to be a fan during the game. I'm disappointed with fans who want managers to be fans during games.

When all is said and done we should be disappointed at not winning the game, but also missing the chance to go third ahead of Chelsea and Liverpool.

speak for yourself, my friend. Im not disappointed nor should I be. this was a good result. Down a goal after 3 minutes at Anfield due to a very uncharacteristic mistake. They could've buried us if Klopp had some balls.

Indeed, but bottle isn't one of them, have they not just proved that? You can't call 'bottle' the minute a game doesn't go our way, in fact, people were using it before a ball had been kicked, come onnnnnn, it's not the problem. For me anyway.

i honestly didn't believe we would get an equaliser, i wish i had more faith in the team but past experiences vs the big teams away from home led me to think we were in for the same sinking feeling

As for poch's substitutes never change a match, wanyama scored and lamela won a pen. Not too shabby this time (y)

Haven’t read any of this thread, but I have to say that is one of the best, most intense matches I’ve ever seen.

First half our defence was a disaster. All over the place, giving the ball away, succumbing to their pressing. We were lucky to go in just one down.

Second half, though, we murdered them, absolutely bossed it, we were excellent even though we suffered from some of our usual problems in attack - ie, a bit one paced, a few too many touches.

What a player Salah is, and what a player Kane is to bury that second penalty.

What a match!
I'm surprised you gave me a spam.

Why does Lloris head that ball out for a throw in when its flying out for a goal kick. Can't actually believe he gave them the opportunity to get back in the game.

So pleased with the draw, but we should have won that.
I thought that at the time.could easily have ducked under the ball.

Jamie Redknapp, fuck me so deluded.

Even first half, and complete dominance in the second half.

Chance to win the game with a pen in last five minutes, yes we dropped two points - that's the right mentality to view it that way.

But massively important we got the draw, being a six pointer.

Both penalties were correct calls ultimately. Those pundits who disagree are just finding faults to justify Liverfools not winning.

What's next? Is getting boring.
