I've seen a few articles like this during the week, all trying to paint the picture that the only reason Alli isn't at Liverpool is because of some kind of administrative cock-up, or failure between the two clubs to agree a deal, and that Alli would have jumped at the chance to join Liverpool. They all ignored the fact that MK Dons and Liverpool did agree a fee, but Alli rejected Liverpool.

I know it dosen't always work out this way but I look at that Liverpool team and we are most definitely better than them. Man by man we are stronger and bar Coutinho, no one in particular scares me. Sturridge is obviously quality but clearly he's still way behind in the fitness department judging by his performances. I think we can and win this.
