He's still a handsome bastard isn't he. You don't hear him speak much but he's a real leader and it seemed like he loved the spurs journo telling him he makes us proud. To think people were writing him off a few years ago. I'd keep him as long as he wants to stay.

Surely he will get a testimonial?

Give him the last home game of the season to say goodbye, but move on starting from the whistle. He doesn't even instruct his defence anymore. Spurs icon, but its time to go.

Should have retired. We all said he shouldn't return to the team.

No doubt he will come out and say oh the boos hurt our ears and our feelings even though we earn over £100k a week and don’t want to bother playing.
He needs to moved on immediately as the window opens. He epitomises this team.
