Not surprised players have given up on fourth. Who would expect anything less of them. Realistically though we were never going to get it this season.

Not sure I believe the bit about a Spanish clique. Only 3 players speak Spanish in the group.

It's just going to be an agent of a player complaining their player isn't being picked probably because they are shit.

Would have thought that Paulinho speaks Portugese, and that Soldado, Lamela and Fazio are the only ones who can speak Spanish.

The use of the word "clique" makes some thing relatively natural sound way more sinister. If you look across all top sports teams there are groups of friends.

Echoes of Glory woven into the shirt and the players have given up on 4th spot before the first trick or treater has darkened my door. What happened to aiming high? Do we need Echoes of Acceptance on the shirt? If that's what these boys are about then ship them out and get in players who suit our club philosophy. And stick with a manager who can reinforce it.

Looks like an agent making trouble to me - but still the point that Kane should have started remains a valid one.

If they are complaining (and its a big if) then sod them, sod the lot of them. There isn't one that if sold, would bother me in the slightest. Well, maybe Lloris.

To be honest, the way the rest of them are playing, Townsend must be wondering what he needs to do to get a start.

Indeed. In fact, Sunday was the type of game in which we needed someone like Townsend, a bit of spark and even selfishness, because as a team we were shocking and weren't getting anywhere. It was one of those games in which we could have played for 180 minutes and still not looked like scoring.

Sadly i must agree with this. I am so totally fed up and ambivalent toward this crop of players, i have never felt so detatched from the players, coaches, staff, management, directorship ... everything is wrong.

Fucking Jenas.

I feel like someone who has wined and dinned on Champagne and caviar but is now being dished up out of date tesco value beans on toast. We are bad ATM MP is making the same mistakes as AVB, unfortunately it seems Sherwood was spot on about this set of players but we didn't want to believe it.

Completely agree. This bunch can go and take a running jump if they are complaining.

Lloris is the only player I'd genuinely miss and sadly he's the only one playing well enough that someone will take him off our hands.

Fucks sake.

Matt Law looks to have focused on all things negative with regard to Spurs ATM.
If I remember correctly he has close contacts with a Mr Timothy Sherwood and writes from the Redknapp standpoint when it comes to all thingS Spurs.

I'd also add Kane, Mason and Walker, but as you both say, the rest could be sold and I really wouldn't even bat an eyelid.

A very sad state of affairs indeed. It was only 3 years ago we had so many players that were loved by all.
