The big thing for me (apart from the 3 points) is that Jose got a reaction from those that were hooked last week. It wasn't like they put in glowing technically aesthetically pleasing performances, but there was undoubtedly far more effort and determination. Was a decent night all in all, without really playing that well.

He made lots of decisions though because he was everywhere working his nuts off running miles and making things happen, a real dynamo last night I thought.

Antwerp lost at home to LASK, so the 3 of us now have 6 points, we have the best GD in the mini 3-club table so are now top of Group J. Bit annoying that we may still need something from final home game vs Antwerp

We were absolutely shocking defensively in the second half. At one point Winks gave the ball away 3 or 4 times in the same passage of play. I'd like to say it was unbelievable but we all know it is quite believable these days.

Problem is, Antwerp will very likely win their home game against Lodogorets, so they will have at least 9 points when we play them and we can only have 12 maximum by then. So we would need at least a draw final game.

If true, it would be typical before the run of games we have. That said, 10 days in isolation means all players would have to withdraw from their international squads, which is good, though they won’t be able to train at Spurs either, which is bad.

Let’s hope this is unfounded anyway.

I suspect ours would of been tested after the WBA game and definitely before they went off with their international teams. I doubt they'd of been allowed to join up with their national teams without a negative test too.
