just great, this club has no luck. If Jenas and Zokora start against middlesborough in the centre of midfield, then we're fucked.:bang:
I know mate, I'm just trying to be optimistic :-|
Well Jenas and Zokora will do fine by me. They did ok last season too. Check the stats.
Your point being...?Tottenham League position last season was 11th.
Tottenham away wins last season in the league was 3.
Looks like you enjoy watching crap.

Your attitude is like angry 12yo kiddo playing cs and getting shot all the time
Take a guess which game this was, and its conclusion.
Tottenham: Robinson, Hutton, Woodgate, King, Chimbonda, Lennon, Jenas, Zokora, Malbranque, Berbatov, Keane.
Subs: Cerny, Kaboul, Tainio, Huddlestone, Bent.
Chelsea: Cech, Belletti, Carvalho, Terry, Bridge, Wright-Phillips, Essien, Lampard, Obi, Anelka, Drogba.
Subs: Cudicini, Joe Cole, Ballack, Kalou, Alex.

I just repped you for that contribution. Good stuff and at least it's constructive, although I still will argue my opinion.:razz:Ok i'm sorry if my posts give you that impression.
I just feel this club has so much potential and i find it frustrating that it's not fulfilling that potential. Regarding Zokora and Jenas, i feel they are very hard working players. These are the players that will give 110% every match which is splendid to see but they do lack quality. It is obvious the manager, the board and majority of the fans wants to see the club reach a level that it hasn't for a long time and i feel for the club to reach that level, they need players with a little bit more quality than the grafters that are Jenas and Zokora.
I was looking at the statistics provided by actim on the official premier league site and neither Zokora and Jenas are in the top 20 for assists. As you are aware that Spurs had a poor defensive record and conceded a lot of long range goals. I feel this is where Zokora should've helped the team but he didn't.
I'm very sorry if i sound like a hooligan.
ALso Boro have got rid of Boateng which is a massive loss as they havent really replaced a player of his intelligence and experience

My mate is / was an ST holder at Boro and en masse they didn't rate Boateng last season. He was spent. He was sold to Premiership newcomers Hull City for an outrageous £1m - daylight robbery.
