Sky sources are telling us a bid from Manchester United for Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin was rejected 10 days ago. We understand the bid was under £25million and did not meet Saints' valuation of the Frenchman.
Since, there has been no contact between the two clubs regarding Schneiderlin.

My friend you should take ITK with a pinch of salt, in many cases (not all) they are just intelligent guys using their logic to predict the way things will turn out. Levy and Co. are not stupid, if they don't want the truth to out then it won't.
Logic tells me that MS is highly unlikely because if Man U had an offer close to £25m, but not £25m, turned down then there is no way Levy can compete with that and without the carrot of CL football too. Levy has gone on record to say that our transfer limit is this season is £15m per purchase. Now I don't think that S-Hampton are going to want Ade or Townsend in part exchange !
Toby is far more likely I think; If it's a straight race between Saints and us that is, we're a bigger club and we've got a shed load of Belgians already to settle him in. However does Poch want him? I'm not convinced he does.

Still don't see why Kramer would ever come here. He's at a big German club in the CL and has a deal til 2019. Even if for some weird reason Leverkusen were willing to sell, I doubt he'd choose to leave. How many young German internationals come to England? Fuck all. They all want to stay in Germany and play for Bayern. The ones that do come here are either older (Mertesaker, Podolski), stepping down from a big club like Madrid (Ozil) or have a link to the UK (Holtby).
Don't get your hopes up.

Unless MS drops his desire for CL football AND S-Hampton lower their price at the same time, this one ain't gonna happen. Unless MS does a Bale/Modric and forces a transfer through - but would that be to us without CL? Unlikely. Only a 5% chance I reckon.
