and what a great day it was

really enjoyed the greaves videos and bobby smith i/v

two players we got from chelsea
:)

there's still quite a few at the Lane who haven't got a clue about supporting the team, rather than giving their half-****d analysis

but mainly the fans were brilliant - i was in the paxton and getting the singing going from the start

ended up on the floor for both our goals

fantastic day

i made more noise than i did when i first went to watch the likes of greaves and smith - to be fair i drunk a lot more too

great day - COYS

Actually my seventh decade having been taken to watch the Push-and-Run team by my Gooner father in 1951 as 4 year old. Cannot remember two such great results within the space of 4 days. I'm getting too old for all this excitement.

My 4th decade starting in 1977 in the old 2nd division.
Wednesday was a solid, hard working, defensive rock, pride and passion performance. Today was class, fantastic football which played them off the park. Making them look ordinary.
The ground was electric but one guy at half time was moaning in the loo's about the Pompey game ?????? Some people ?

A mere 30 years 'in' for me........

Three decades which can be perfectly summed up in the last six days.

Traveling to Wembley full of optimism, only to witness another one of those days where we just didn't turn up......

Just 3 days later on the back of 120mins on that pitch, taking on the Scum at the Lane who had 8 days rest, a fixture we've not won for over 10yrs, only to put in a cracker against all odds....

Still buzzing from the Arse' game & again only 3 days later, most Spurs fans feared we would run out of steam after 2 hard games and go and put in probably our best performance against the likely League champs'...

Little rhyme or reason,

First game was QPR away in 93/94 season.

I've been waiting for a week like this since then.

I haven't seen a live game since 1999 ... But then again I have seen something like 600 or so therefore I don't mind too much.

So happy for you because you really did start watching Spurs during the bleakest of times!

Welcome to Glory (or, well, the first sniff of Glory at least)

Cheers mate, I generally think I'm lucky to have watched a Premiership team for my time watching football, have never seen us get relegated, seen us win a couple of trophies and play in Europe.

But now I want more, I want to dine at the top table of European football, I want to see us in the title race, to win it, and today it feels closer than ever before to me.

Supporting Spurs is a lifetimes work eh Phil, DC, TCO? Two performances of such contrast but how good is it that the whole football world has been tuned in for it?

I haven't seen a live match at W.H.L since the mid seventies, basically since I moved to Central America. However the last two games have got the juices flowing again and if we continue to play like this there's no doubt I'll have to leave this paradise and live near the Lane because ladies and gents, it finally looks like we've got our Tottenham back.
Thanks 'Arry thank you very much for these very special moments.

:) all - thanks for the kind words

i'm very proud of the team

also the fact that i can still be one of the noisiest, passionate fans in the stadium, and i've a few bruises today after i ended up on the floor after both goals, makes me very happy too

The funny thing is that my Mrs thinks football is all a bit over-rated.

She knows nothing, apart from the fact I get seriously and dangerously over-excited when I watch the big games.

My sixth decade aswell DC. Taken by my Dad and Uncle to see a game in the early 50s and we were in the seats! Living in the West Country and Malta now so do not get to WHL often, but at least in Malta I get to see all the games on TV.
