My heart was in my mouth when he was getting the bumps. I thought Gomes was going to drop him!

But seriously, spurs are really good fr doing things like this for their fans. When my dad was ill, spurs wishes organised a personal letter from Harry Redknapp and a signed Ledley King shirt. Also, Pat Jennings phoned my house and had a good hours chat with my dad.

It really made him happy :)

Actually had a little lump in my throat watching that. Fantastic for him, it's such a small thing for the players to do but probably made this young lads year.

That's amazing. Fantastic to hear that sort of thing goes on.

I'm having a 'i'm not crying, it's just raining on my face' moment. *blows nose noisily*

That was wonderful by the club, the little lad looked so delighted and overwhelmed and everyone seemed lovely and genuinely happy to be involved in making his day.

Wow, it's great to see that with all the arrogance that footballers are suppose to have these days that they all seemed to want to be involved. We do have a great bunch of players and it's good to see our players and staff with their feet on the ground. I was a bit worried when I noticed it was Gomes trying to catch him last thing the boy would need is another trip to hospital courtesy of legend of a clown.

Have to admit as a grown man that made me a little emotional. Really brave lad and family. Great show from our lads, Clint Dempsey shaking his hand with that permanent serious expression was funny though. How much do I love Daws? Such a top top bloke - reminds me so much of Gary Mabbutt

In a way the video tells a real story about football and what it SHOULD be. I remember being his age and Spurs mad - the way you love a player to death and copy him in the playground (then he leaves and you are heart broken!).

Little bit poetic really....at some time we were all young and wide eyed fanatical spurs fans and then as we got older theres a really bitter side to it now. We need to enjoy it more ! (Speak for myself here too)

That was supposed to be a 'friendly', damn phone. Yes it was really amazing. It brought some happiness to my family in the hardest thing we've been through.

Also, Pat Jennings is a true gentleman. Not only did he take the time to call my dad, but after my dad died he rang me on my mobile to have a chat with me and to see how my family and me were doing. Absolutely amazing.

Is that a Flight of the Conchords reference?

Exceptional ... Well and truly deserved for Callum and his Family. Spurs are exceptional at supporting stuff like this. I remember Edgar Davids being blown away by how much Spurs put back into the community and youth in general.

Guess this means you aren't a replicant... or does it?
