He can fly up in a helicopter, hover over the training ground and shout 'run about a bit' through a megaphone and fly home again. Repeat until form improves. He could touch down now and again to say hi and reinforce his message,

The difference between Sunderland/Newcastle and staying up/relegation is simply Defoe in my opinion.

And Fat Sam. Harry has relegated more teams than he's saved. Sam on the other hand does actually have plenty of previous for coming into a struggling side and turning them around.
