Don't we have enough in the physios room on a regular basis without adding another?

Fuck it, I say we dig up Blanchflower instead and sign him on pay as you play. More likely to be fit than Hargreaves.

We already have over 25 in the squad and need to trim down. When we do that we don't need a risky signing like this.

A team who Hargreaves is too good for like Newcastle could take a risk but we really don't need to.

Jesus. It's not that bad a suggestion...

He was a very good player. Unfortunately I don't think he'll recapture that form again. If he could get 60/70% there he'd be worth a pay as you play.

He could be an absolute gem for a newly promoted team.

For us to pick up a player who was released from his contract at United would smack of 'small-time'.

I think if we did go for him he could be ideal for the Europa league ties - put him in with some youth around him, he might be able to offer the experience that they need to step up!

How cheap is crack in Cheltenham these days? Or have you raided the race course for some horse tranquilisers?

A very limited player in terms of fitness, pace and technical ability. We have much better already.

I reckon he will play 30 PL games this season for whoever takes a chance on him. But, no, not for us with Ledley on the books.
