I believe Man UTD released him due to his injury problems. He was a top player on his day! should we take a gamble on him?

We already have over 25 in the squad and need to trim down. When we do that we don't need a risky signing like this.

A team who Hargreaves is too good for like Newcastle could take a risk but we really don't need to.
