so Ben's info was pretty good -

add daws and bent to the team he called and it's looking about right

Gomes; Gunter, Chimbonda, Daws Bale; Bentley, Zokora, Jenas, Youth team player, FC, Bent.

could well be the team

I'd prefer Hudd to the youth player

but I'm quite happy that for once Harry has stuck to his word and rested a few key players for the Hull game

that is the priority then wembley

am really pleased to see gomes in goal and hope that Jansson has now got the nod over Alnwick for 3rd spot

Gio Dos Santos surely has to play. Even though away in the Ukraine is a horrible place to finally give him a start...

looks like he might yanno according to some other ITk

personally I don't rate him on what I've seen and would rather have campbell - but if he plays he'll get my full support

That's what I'm afraid of. Levy won't stand for that surely.
Levy's only got one interest - staying in the Premier League, and that's shared by a huge majority of Spurs fans. That's where Levy's stewardship has gotten us to - wanting to avoid the vast humiliation that would be heaped on us from not just the Arse, but Chelsea and Wham. We could lose 85 nil in the CC and still most of us would be thinking: "As long as we don't get relegated, I can take it". Never mind, we'll be buying 50m worth of players in the summer to divert everyone's attention from the real issue.

According to the UEFA website Shakhtar haven't played a competitive game since the beginning of December, so they should be a bit rusty...

I wouldn't mind seeing Townsend.

Seconded.

He looked very good against Orient pre-season - I know that isn't the best place to judge him but credit do he put in a good performance!

And he's a home-grown left winger!
