I know you can't really believe The Star On Sunday, but they're running a story today saying that Martin Jol wants to bring Robbo to Hamburg once he officially takes charge.

It also says he wants Kaboul, which seems odd as he's alledgedly a Comolli signing, isn't he?

Why not have a little trade? we can give him Robinson, Kaboul and a little dosh and take Van Der Vaart!

Never gonna happen, but would be insanely happy if we got him, regardless of the cost!

good thinking Spix. Kaboul, Robbo, Prince and Chimby for Van Faart. I'd honestly be happy with that..

Id keep Robbo he will come good. He loves the club and we should stick with him.

I had a quiet confidence that Robbo's staying put as it had gone so calm on that front, but the Mirror (for what it's worth, shitrag) included this line in a story about Ramos's attempts to build a team that will compete for the CL and how all the dross he wants to offload is courtesy of Comolli, etc - the popular stuff, as usual... anyway, saw this:

...Others on the way out include England keeper Paul Robinson, who is heading to Middlesbrough, and young midfielder Gary O'Hara...

 confidently put, but i still don't buy it - if that was on then they'd have been all over that deal. Off-form, Ex-England no.1 moving to boro to rediscover his form, frozen out by the ruthless new regime installed at the Lane?

too good for them to pass up that one, i cry speculation

If I could choose one transfer to happen this summer it would without doubt be selling Fatty. Not sure anyone would have him though.

Agree that Robbo will come good, new keeper coach may have an influence on any decision if he feels he can restore Robbo to his early Spurs and England form. As for the rumours of Jol wanting Kaboul, I thought it was strange when I read it given he stated after leaving he never wanted Kaboul, Commolli forced him.

I really hope we don't sell Gary O'Hara RSS. That would upset me greatly as he doesn't exist. I hope that was a Mirror mistake...would be typical.

BBC gossip states we are after Alan Mcgregor for 9 mill. Now he would be a keeper I'd like to see at spurs, much more than Hart.

I still feel Robbo could be starting next season, but time will tell I guess.

Hart n Robbo wouldn't be a bad combo, 2 English goalkeepers one up and coming the other weather beaten and world weary. Hart is so young that he's got a long way to go, Robbo's confidence will return, whether it's at our club or somone elses remains to be seen.

How weird would it be if we sold Robbo before Gardner or Ghaly, if you'd told me a couple of seasons ago I would suggest the club needed a drug test for meds

Re previous comment re Ghaly I still don't know if we own him or not as he's listed on the spurs website and bbc have him as on loan but sky sports and soccerbase have him as sold?
