Somebody else's cock

Anyway

Really want some fresh ITK on this. Willian and Lamela seem so close but just seem to be dragging now. It's like everything is in slow motion and the thought of signing both is just so exciting that it actually hurts waiting for any news.

I agree. Please OS, can you at least announce one of them, so we can focus our constant "refresh page" clicks on the other guy's thread? :)

Well that may possibly help but he is a classic case of inconsistency at a young age. Still, even bale wasnt this good when he was 21 so if he joins now this time next year he could be even better :)

what im saying is that i dont expect him to hit the ground running and dish out match winning performances very often. willian on the other hand i expect to completely change us as a team and the way we play immediately

I think the changes of coach wouldn't have helped any consistency for players, it's not as if they were all looking for the same style of play and shape

Roma were an inconsistent team and for me a young lad hitting what 15 goals fore them last year with all the changes going on probably showed far more consistency than anyone could expect. I think it's a bit harsh saying he was inconsistent allowing for everything that was happening with the coaches

That is so weak, duvet! Lol! But, actually it is the kind of post I would have sent! You could have put an accent on the "e" at least!:D
I know.... Lol... It's poor... Lack of sleep + TW is making me bit delirious... Hoddle, Ozzy & Ricky as you mentioned before: I'm waiting for this new crop of signings to give me the deep joy that those guys gave me - and still do. In fact watching Willian's flicks n tricks on YouTube vids reminded me of Hoddles sublime trickery... Really looking forward to witnessing this team of ours playing together... Really have faith we're on to something special. Sign Coco on the dotted line...
Edit: even Ossie!

Erik Lamela looks certain to be joining Tottenham after his brother gave an enormous clue as to where the Roma winger would be playing next season.
In a Twitter post that was later deleted, Brian Lamela made it clear that his brother would be heading to “Tott”. Not too many of Lamela’s likely destinations start with those four letters.
He had been asked by a Twitter user: “Do you know what club in England is the likely destination… for your brother?”
Asked by someone else when the deal would be done, he wrote in Spanish: “I said that I can’t speak.. wait to be told the news tomorrow, greetings!”
His bumbling tweets and honesty have already earned Brian Lamela a bit of a cult following among Spurs fans online.
He is the second sibling to break a transfer story this week after Aly Cissokho’s brother.

Unless the Brothers hate eachother - This is the clearest indication yet. Fantastic news

But is he any good? I've honestly never seen him play, only know that you guys seem to rate him. Can he come in and make an immediate positive impact.

Brian also retweeted 10-15 tweets from various Spurs fans - saying Erik would be loved at WHL, that he would follow in the footsteps of Ossie & Ricky, that they would buy him a pint in the Bricklayers if he comes to watch his brother - but he then deleted them all about an hour later.
