Poch should start him against Brighton.

He's a game-changer and such a player to come off the bench is something we have lacked. An attacking player whose specialty is dribbling and by extension take an opposition player or two out of the picture by individual play.

If we're struggling in the semi final which is the biggest game of the season now, that's when we cry out for a game changer. Lamela and Son will alternate from starting the game and being a sub, but who is the next attacking sub? Sissoko?

We only have City and Brighton before the S/F. He won't start against City I'm pretty sure, so Brighton is the game we unleash him from the start and see if he can build ahead of steam.
I didn’t realise he literally didn’t play for PSG this season, what is it 5 league appearances, 3 of them as a sub? We’ve heard how happy Poch is with him in training and that’s reflected by him being on the bench every week but to be expect him to be challenging for a starting spot is a bit far fetched. As you said, he’s a lot to learn and from a fitness perspective we’re being overly ambitious given he’s hardly played any football this season. I’m glad we signed him though as very good players don’t become available that often and come next season I expect him to be a big asset for us.
Me too I think!

he was never going to just walk into the starting XI. we have a really good side.
Can he walk from the bench about the 60 minute mark?
He will get some minutes in the semi final.

Who have you been talking to?
You mean he would play him against Stoke because he hasnt played for a year and now we are going to play him agaiinst United in the semi final????
Poch might. You never know (Im not joking!)

It's not like Poch suddenly changed his style of man management... don't know why some are surprised - he had quite a bit of playing time in his early days - look at how Son started and turned out in the end... Poch knows what he's doing
There are no geniuses.Have you ever heard what Southampton fans have said about his subbings?
He has done a g
He will get some minutes in the semi final.

reat job. This is the best ever including 6061 that was brilliant but didnt last very long because I think it was Danny who was the genius more than Bill. Danny retired

For fucks sake. We're in great form. Why would Poch suddenly drop a player for Lucas for no reason? Just because he hasn't played, it doesn't mean he's not 'good enough'. Christ.

I just don't understand why you're bothered about this. We are on a great winning streak. Why do you care if Lucas isn't playing? It's not like we've desperately needed him.

Here is a list of why he should

Plan B

Fit enough to be able to be put into serious game

Eriksen may go to Barca a little insurance

Finding different chemistry against different teams with different mix of players
(Park the bus team we've had no probs with right?)

Hahaha Im a HH man but just thought Id give it a go here as some were quoting from this site and I want to check it out.
Its too confusing here and huge like being dropped off in New York looking for an English paper.
Moura I was interested in getting a reaction.I like what Ive seen..he hascan eye for space and can beat a man...time I guess will tell.
We have had in the past so much problems with getting through park the bussers that a Plan B would have been good..even Eriksen and Moura...but Poch has his syatem..live or die with it

Cheers!
Welcome Ron. Good to see you in the Happy side of Spurs Forums. HH is too depressing.:cry:. Enjoy the bright side of Spurs life!(y)

1. We've won the games so haven't needed a Plan B
2. I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about with 'Eriksen may go to Barca a little insurance' - so we should drop Eriksen and play Lucas (a very different player) because he's going to Barca? Which isn't even true in the slightest? Like...wot?
3. We haven't had problems recently against bus parkers which have required Lucas.
4. It's the end of the season - not the time to be testing out new players for the sake of it.

We have had a good run of games no doubt. But dont act like we are Barca (ooops!)
All of a sudden we dont need a plan B.
City have been by far the best team in the league for the whole season and I guess against Liverpool they didnt need a plan B did they.
Everyone needs a plan B

Eriksen is not going to Barca but I guess Bale and Modric never went to RM.
Eriksen will not be replaced by Moura but our fans have talked about a strong bench forever.Poch says he cant olay him as he hasnt played in a year.
But when will Rochdale come round again?
Stoke was an opportunity.

We havent played against so many bus parkers lately beside..we beat Stoke 2-1 not 12-1

The beggining and the middle of the season is not good for trying out shit players either.
I haven been so bad about
Sissoko but he us hardly a great player. How many chances did he get...ditto Winks. Both mediocre at best

Moura will get his chance when Poch thinks he's ready.
Unfortunately for Moura (appearance wise) we're on hot streak of winning and I'm sure he understands the situation.

How much has Son been a factor recently?
I guess you are right but what also is true is that Poch has his favourites and thats it.
Years ago they didnt know what to do with Bale and ny chance somebody hot injured before Bale went out on loan.
Anyway..I would like to see Moura get a run of part if games in the first team. It is looking like N'Koodou situation at the moment

You are actually making a case for starting a player who isn't good enough to get in our first team in the midst of an unbeaten run.

Just think about what you're saying for a second.

I know what Im saying. Was Sissoko picked because he was good enough?
What about when Poch tried Son as a wing back. Was he good enough?
So what happens when we lose a game do we change all XI?

Sissoko and Son both filled remits that needed filling at the time due to injures.
We haven't lost a game yet so that question is academic.

Who do you suggest we drop for Lucas?
