He has some pace on him, and if he can put balls up top like he did for Son I'm sure he will be ok.

We were slow to get the ball out to him, and had little support.

Hopefully we see him come on in a few more games and get a better look at him with Romero and Kulusevski

I like the fact that even though he had a bad debut and he had a bad start to this game (when he lost the ball near our box) he didn’t stop trying to be positive and grew into the game rather than his head dropping. Even trying to G up the fans towards the end. I like him.

I quite liked what I saw from him tonight, bright player.
Play him with Romero and Kulusevski and he’ll shine.

Also a bit frustrating we kept not putting the ball out to him.

His first 2 games he’s been with tanganga and Sanchez, throw in he’s probably had 1 or 2 sessions with conte I’m certainly not going to write him off.

Virtually everyone needs a bit of time but for all the hype and our only Buy, he’s been pretty underwhelming so far. To put it mildly
Kind of contradicting yourself a bit there buddy ?? agreeing all signings need time then proceeding to negatively judge Porro after 2 appearances in a back line alongside tanganga Sanchez and Dier across the 2 games ??

He’s a baller it’s clear to see, just needs time and to play alongside Romero.

So frustrating you have to explain this, Porro will definitely prove to be a brilliant signing.

He’s literally been chucked in at the deep end with shit alongside him.

Needs time to settle, throwing him in beside Sanchez is literally being thrown in at the deep end,if the deep end is petrol and on fire.

So that’s on the manager then. Play the kid next to Romero.
I do think that the manager does need to shoulder responsibility. We should have gone with our strongest side and then rotated if we were comfortably up.

So moving forward is it Porro at RWB, Royal at RCB and Romero in the middle?

I don't think Romero is the right player to play CCB.

Next season you could have Royal cover RCB and be the defencive RWB.

And have Porro and Spence the 2 attacking RWBs
