The one thing id say about Emerson is - I think he would have headed that away rather than TAA ducking

Fulham really showing some grit and ambition here. I hope they do better than last time they were in the Prem. That said, I fully expect Liverpool to get some dodgy decisions later in the game to pull it back. Can't have the glorious Liverpool not winning on the opening day now, can we?

Liverpool missing Mane, but I suspect they also thought they could sleepwalk to a win against a newly promoted side.

Me too all day long. A hard fought 1-0 will do just fine. I'll bet you a pound to a pinch of shit though that some on here will be reeeing like a stuck pig about how boring our football is etc etc.
Aaaah bless your soul.... imagine fans wanting to see exciting attacking play and expressing that view on a forum.

Fulham are winning all the midfield battles. Liverpool look pedestrian.

Also hope this is the season Marco Silva proves he’s a good manager - the perfect storm of Watford/Everton I think has sullied him but he’s a smart coach.
Allardyce and the 'proper football man' brigade didn't help either as they were out for blood immediately but he did a very good job at Hull and completely changed the way they play.

He won't go on to be an elite coach but he's certainly no mug.
