I would be surprised if it is Lennon to be honest. he has been far from impressive lately and he still struggles to actually kick the ball well.

This ITK could well be nonsense but it is exaclty what i've been saying and why I'm sceptical Ramos is as much Comolli's man as people are making out. I watched Seville for this exact purpose and find it difficult to believe that an inteligent football man like Comolli looked at the Seville players and the way Ramos like to play and saw any great correlation with our players. Everytime I've seen Seville play it strikes me how totally different the two groups of players are. So in general I'm sure Ramos has concerns. I'm not so sure about the quality of this ITK, but if I had to guess the 6 they would be

I know Ramos spoke of Lennon and Chimbonda as dangers before we played Seville in the UEFA cup, but technically they are very different to Alves and Navas. Seville move the ball up and down the flanks like it's a basketball, in that the ball does the work and the players move it on, but Lennon and Chimbonda are 2 players who are very much at their best going forward with the ball, particuarly Lennon.

Thinking more about it, I'd probably swap Chimbo for Jenas in my guesses. And if we are forgetting about injured players, then swap Bale & King for Malbranque and Bent.
The thing is, he's already stated that he sees Berbs as very important, but he doesn't really fit into the Ramos type of player does he?
Then again I guess he equates Berbs to Kanoute.
Of course, the original overheard conversation may be being taken out of context and what he meant was something like 'There are only 6 that are up to it right now. The others will have to work double hard, but might get there'
We have the largest squad in the league (?), are we really going to get rid of 75% - 85% of it in 2 windows?
And if true, what does this say about DL's 'Our current squad is capable of pushing for Top 4' statement?
Don't want to dwell on it too much, but Jol said 2 of the right players and we could have been pushing Top 4, so the board sack him and bring someone in that thinks the majority of our squad is complete gash?
If there is a massive turnover of players in the next 2 windows, the board have a big egg on their face imo. It also pretty much proves that the clubs reasoning for wanting a DoF structure is complete bollox.

From what I've heard/read I'd say he has a genuine passion for English football. If this is true, which I think it is, then he'd have accepted that to start with he's not going to have players ideal for the way he wants to play. SO either he is hoping to make significant changes (which defeats the object of the DOF structure) or he is going to play in a different way to which his teams have in the past.

Whilst i don't believe this specific ITK is true, I don't think the fact he speaks Spannish would be a big deal. I'm sure he'd have spoken to people above him ie Levy/Comolli etc, about his initial thoughts on the squad and once it's at board level it can easily leak out to message boards.
