Poch - 1. Saved himself another zero with the half time sub bringing in Son.

Everyones praising Foyth but i personally thought he was poor tonight. Was clearly rattled and never really got over it. Made aton of mistakes. Good news is there all easily correctible. He has good potential and will get better. But it was not his game tonight at all.

I thought Foyth showed up. Dele should have come on sooner. Son had a few moments, but not enough.

KWP had a bad day at the office.

Vertonghen - maybe his worse game this season

Wanyama - seemed to be stuck in 2nd gear all night

Dembele - seems like his best is behind him

Kane - meh performance - but not much he could do

Vorm - did what he could

Dier - should have been rested

Trippier - at fault for the goal, never a factor on the wing

Sissoko - he tried hard

Llorente - he did not try hard

Really? I thought he struggled.
Only one first half that seemed to be able to control the ball. Conditions were poor of course, but the amount of terrible clearances and poor touches was unbelievable. For me although Dembele didn't do much going forward he still managed to keep possession better than everyone else.

We just drew 1-1, on a late goal, against a mid-table League 2 side - and everyone was 5 or better?

Unless this is a 20-point scale, in which case, I stand corrected.

The amount of times he is giving the ball away these days is troubling though. Not sure if that is still a lingering injury issue, rust, or just getting older.

Son was the game changer (Dele had an impact as well)
Foyth looks the business
We need to sign a CM now or in the summer for sure

Not really understanding the Sissoko praise. I'm not one that always blames him for everything, but he played at his usual level - which is not terrific.

Interesting to see the Foyth ratings. I thought he did well - comparatively. Yet I see a number of people rating him poorly. Of the defenders, I thought he played better than all of them.

I thought Alli looked good when he came on. Got stuck in and was forward thinking. Also Son tried to make things happen. I chose Alli even though he wasn't on long.

Foyth looked very comfortable and assured on the ball as well. The rest of the team were very mediocre and disappointing.

I would say most were just not at it looked scared of getting injured before Wednesday especially Kane. Thought they could cruise it.
Exception however is Llorente who is Just truly awful x10 worse than Janssen and a total and utter waste of space.

Also, in addition to Wanyama being uncharacteristically dreadful today, this has got to be the end of Llorente for us as well, doesn't it? I thought he'd be a clever signing for us, but (albeit with limited minutes) he's been completely ineffectual nearly every time he's been on the pitch for us. I wouldn't even bring him on as a sub except in the case of a dire injury to Kane if I were Poch from this point onwards.

I figured he might have dropped back in the 2nd half - be more of the linking player. He is good at holding the ball up, and he has some great passes in him. But, it was not to be.

No idea how people think KWP was poor made 2 mistakes which only cost us throw ins. Apart from that was fine. Actually feel sorry for him that he is constantly played on the wrong side.

Vorm - 6 didnt do too much wrong
Dier - 5 poor distribution first half.caught on the ball too

Vertonghen - 5 not a great header which led to their goal, got forward well 2nd half when at left back.

Foyth - 6 calm.assured, used the ball well, you'd would have expected him to be the shaky one at the back first half but really wasnt.

Trippier - 4 great ball in that kane should have scored from.didnt influence the game enough

Wanyama - 2 dreadful.clearly not fit, miles away from being a starter based on his performances.might as well been playing for newport, gave it away that much

Dembele - 2 equally dreadful.lots of twisting and turning and going nowhere, losing the ball and commiting fouls.not the player he was.

KWP - 4 poor half, clearly not a left back

Sissoko - 3 did he win a football raffle, clearly a trier and at times did well but has no natural footballing ability

Llorente - 2 hes like janssen only less mobile

Kane - 4 worked hard and tried to influence the game.scored important goal but struggles with the lack of wide options

Son - 6 changed the game by actually giving us some balance

Dele - 5 decent cameo

Davies - NET

Poch 3 clueless lineup, not for the first time in recent game.infairness was quicker to react but still takes too long to fix the blindly obvious
