Request to Spurs - please no freebie flags for the return leg against Milan

Flags pee me right off, especially if you have someone in front of your intent in trying to stick it up your nose.

I always wonder when fans unfurl a massive banner that spreads over the 5 rows behind what the fans in these seats think about being completely covered in the poxy banner! :lol:

If Spurs want a visual, not audible, gimic, how about putting coloured cards on our seats that when all put up form the image of Billy Nic.

That would be immense !! or at least Glory Glory or something similar that would be amazing!!!

That would be my fear - old school rattles I think could be cool, but clappers should be reserved for McDonalds happy meals.

Call me old fashioned but I hate the idea of freebie giveaways by the club to attempt to engineer some sort of atmosphere. It's all a bit corporate and conformist to me. The atmosphere should be influenced by the passion of the fans and unless it's illegal or causes great offence, the PLC should back off.

The flags last night were pathetic. Rent an atmosphere or what...

I remember the Man Yoo semi they played 2 seasons ago, 2nd leg at the arse, losing 1 0 and Wenger talking up the crowd impact, and lo and behold they give em all flags to wave.....
