I don't think you become as rich & successful as Roman Abromivich by only doing business with people you like & refusing to do business with those you don't, business is business after all, grudges don't come into it.

Benteke is far better with his back to goal than Lukaku. Even if he isn't scoring then he's still useful to have on the pitch. Lukaku goes missing and doesn't offer much when he's not scoring. If Everton had any other options they would have dropped him 5-8 games ago.
