Without being too harsh on him, I still think how his career turned out is a clear reflection of his mental fortitude. He is fortunate enough to get paid to play a game for a living and he should've focused on that. Even if he didn't get his move to us, he should've knuckled down and kept working hard to improve. I'm not sure how many years he had left on his contract when Levy made the offer but he should have kept progressing and eventually left on a free transfer if he felt hard done with WBA chairman.
