This would be the same Eto'o who announced this week that he will be a Barca player next season, right? Or is there another one?

Yeah but players always say things like that, usually when a player says that sort of thing they end up moving, Henry will probably comeback to england.

Yes, they are. And guess what? Sometimes they mean it. Particularly if they're getting a whopping wage and CL football with Barca.

Henry won't come back to England. He's got a chronic problem with one of his vertebrae and would probably struggle to pass a medical—he didn't have a full medical before he signed for Barca. Mugs.

To be fair there would have been enough cameras trained on the executive box for Modric, that if someone like Eto'o was there, someone would have a picture. It's one of those things which can't really be a rumour, because it would be harder to prevent someone getting a pic than for hundreds of people in the west stand to see. I mean christ, Calum Davenport was sat behind me in the East Stand before he left and enough people noticed that. So he either was or wasn't, and I'd have to say there is a good chance he wasn't. However, hats off if evidence does come out, but it would only prove my point!

If Berbatov really wanted to leave, and that's not a given, then the smart thing to do would be use him to prise a player from another team. It's harder to get clubs to part with players than just offering cash.

Eto'o is not better than Berbatov. He is a goalscorer, that's all.

Seems harsh on the fella. He is involved in loads of creative play, and even if he was just a goalscorer that a great thing to be!

Eto'o, in my opinion, is what Defoe might've been with a little more creativity
