Spoke to Harry Friday and although it's old hat in regards of the press doing the story, I can confirm Scott Parker will definitely sign for Spurs. I think we might let them loan a player or two from us although that has no bearing on the deal. If woodgate gets fit, it might be him that turns up at upton parkistan.

That is a pretty bold statement after the last window.

Are you hanging your hat that he'll def join?

bold statement or not, I don't want Parker at Spurs. Can't the FA come in for Harry beore this deal gets done! Jokes, Harry has done well but buying your old buddies like Crouch, Defoe, J. Cole and now Parker just smacks of nepotism.

Surely we definitely don't know a player is gonna sign until he actually signs?

Do we even know the figure involved then? Anything under £6m would be good imo. Quality player with leadership and fighting qualities.

Well he signed a new 4 year contract only 2 months ago, that means spunking £10m+ and massive wages on him, will be gutted if we do sign him - I think DL is too smart for this though.

parker is better than jenas

parker is better than wilson whose form is very alarming

parker is not cup tied so can play in champions league

he chips in with couple of goals something jenas and wilson are not able to do.

he gives 120% every game for such a shit side shows his character

totaly no brainer and cheaper option than diarra

Not necessarily. Daniel Levy wont break the wage structure for him, plus if he hands in a transfer request then he'll be sold cheaper.

A waste of money? A waste of money?

Relegating West Ham in one simple move... how is that possibly a waste of money?

I for one would be happy with this.

He has carried that team for the last two year and be a constant performer.
